We keep data collection to what is needed to sell products and give you access:

• Email address — to create your account, deliver access, and send purchase confirmations and support replies.
• Purchase information — the products you buy, order status, and payment confirmation details (card and banking details are handled by our payment processor, not by us).
• Usage data — basic, largely anonymised information about how the site and your products are used, so we can keep them working and improve them.

We use your information to process purchases, grant and maintain access to your products, send transactional emails (confirmations, account, and support), respond to your messages, and keep the platform secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the platform. Each processes only the data needed for its role, under its own privacy terms:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Handles your payment details securely so we never store card or banking information ourselves.
• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and the database that stores your email and purchase records.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website and its infrastructure.
• PostHog — privacy-conscious product analytics, where enabled, to understand usage and improve the experience.

Access is protected by authentication, and sensitive operations such as payments are handled by our payment processor over encrypted connections. While no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it.
