Every product sold on Tijarah is a digital good. Because of that, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Products are delivered instantly, or access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Once you have received access, the product is considered delivered in full. This is why we ask you to review the product page carefully before you buy, so you know exactly what is included.

We are not able to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or a decision not to use a product after buying it. There are no partial refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase.

Your access matters to us. If a technical issue is preventing you from opening or using a product you have paid for, please contact support and we will work with you to put it right and make sure you can access what you purchased.
